Individual Therapy

A one-to-one experience between you and our licensed mental health professional designed to help you work through difficult situations and/or maintain your mental health by exploring and connecting your thoughts, emotions, behaviors and past experiences to maximize your quality of life and improve your well-being.

Family Therapy

A group experience between your family (4 people max preferred) and our licensed mental health professional designed to improve communication, resolve conflicts, deepen connections and support building, restoring and nurturing healthy relationships amongst participants.

Couples Therapy

An experience between two people in a romantic relationship and our licensed mental health professional focused on the relationship itself rather than each individual separately; designed to help you gain insight into your relationship, recognize and resolve conflict, improve your sex life, promote active listening and develop skills to communicate and problem solve with your partner more effectively.
